Dion Metev called ahead, arrived on time, was polite, careful, and efficient. He installed a new garbage disposal, demonstrated how it worked, showed me what he changed, verified with me there were no leaks, and took the old disposal away with him. Added to that, I found our he's from Sofia, Bulgaria, where I have been many times, flying C-17 missions for NATO, and it was a joy hearing him speak in that Bulgarian accent. Thank you Dion!
Great job on the install and post clean up.
We paid for a toilet and install through home depot. We set a time with Delta from 12:00 to 2:00, their plumber arrived at 3:00 rushing, banging things and said we needed to install a toilet flange (that sells for $54 online) and without it he couldn't warranty the job, but he wanted another $250 for the flange. Because of his attitude we decided we didn't want him installing the toilet. So I don't recommend this company.
We had a great experience with Aman. Very friendly and professional. Would absolutely use Delta Mechanical again in the future!
The plumbers didn't call or show up on the day of my appointment. I had to track them down Home Depot picked them. They arrived the next day. When the work was done it was good.
