Bad installation and NO Customer Service. Some time after paying for Delta Mechanical to install a tankless water heater at my house I realized that the way they ran the gas line (which is under my deck so I didn't notice it right away) makes one of my outdoor spigots unusable. It's in brick so going to be expensive to fix. I brought it to their attention, not only are they unwilling to fix it, they weren't even willing to offer a discount for me to pay them to fix their mistake. Worst experience ever! I was given a window of 10 a m to 12 p m arrival time for a rep to come out to my house to hook up my sink, install my faucet with the garbage disposal.The rep didn't call until 11:45 to tell me he was on his way. He didn't arrive until 12:45 pm. I asked him once he got here. how long would it take so I could let my boss know when to expect me? He ignored me, continued to ignore me and left without finishing the project. I had to call customer service to be told it would take an hour. It looks like he ... read more
