I have purchased not one, but two homes built by Delta Max so far! I only know one person who works for the company, and his name is Anton B. I cannot say enough, he is intelligent, responsible, knowledgeable, has an amazing work ethic, and has taken on responsibilities that I know are not even his, but he’s so key to making things happen that I cannot thank him enough. When you purchase new homes as a realtor, I can tell you that there’s always little things that come up. I call him directly when I have issues!!

I have been involved in hundreds of building projects as an investor and they all had there highs and lows. I hired and have been working with Delta Max 2 years ago and during that time I have never had the building process go so precise and smooth. The owner keeps you informed and on schedule which I have never seen in 30 plus years of building projects. I am going to keep using Delta Max for as long as I keep having building and remodeling projects.

Anton and his crew remodeled my bathrooms, kitchen and flooring in laundry and pantry. They did a fantastic job. Anton was great about keeping in contact as things came up, as they always do when remodeling an older home. They left the house spotless which was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.
