I have purchased not one, but two homes built by Delta Max so far! I only know one person who works for the company, and his name is Anton B. I cannot say enough, he is intelligent, responsible, knowledgeable, has an amazing work ethic, and has taken on responsibilities that I know are not even his, but he’s so key to making things happen that I cannot thank him enough. When you purchase new homes as a realtor, I can tell you that there’s always little things that come up. I call him directly when I have issues!!
I have been involved in hundreds of building projects as an investor and they all had there highs and lows. I hired and have been working with Delta Max 2 years ago and during that time I have never had the building process go so precise and smooth. The owner keeps you informed and on schedule which I have never seen in 30 plus years of building projects. I am going to keep using Delta Max for as long as I keep having building and remodeling projects.
Delta Max did an awesome job renovating our home. Anton is knowledgable and very responsive!
