My experience with this merchant has been nothing short of a nightmare. Having placed an order 14 months ago, I'm now going to have to resort to legal means to get the goods and services that my payments were intended for or to claim a full refund in view of breached sale of contract.
Sent them $943 through Zelle for a pallet of tools and received nothing. Now Arnold James tells me they want $300 more. This place is a scam. Do not do business with them.
