I love the positive and upbeat classes and Charity is awesome and helps me modify my workouts with my physical disability! I always enjoy my workouts and feel awesome afterwards!!
I love the all woman atmosphere! The class was very orderly can wait to see my results !
I absolutely love this place. The staff is extremely friendly and the trainers are awesome. I've been to about every gym in the area and I have finally found my home here at Delta. If you are a woman looking for a great community to encourage you then this is the place to be!
