I started at Delta Life Fitness when they opened the Ormond Beach location and was immediately hooked. The staff are all amazing, the support from other women in the gym is unmatched. I have had some ups and downs physically since joining and knowing that Delta is there for me wherever I am at the time is priceless. I love the workouts, the instructors, the facility, location, mini challenges, ABSOLUTELY everything. 10/10

Best gym in the area! Delta takes the thought and planning out of working out and brings the fun and community. Having so many class times allows me to fit the gym into my schedule so much easier and the coaches help to make sure I make the most out of every workout!

What can I say about Delta Life? First of all — the workouts are intense, but accessible. There are modifications for every move, and the coaches are always right there to help with anything extra you need. That support was exactly what I had been searching for. But beyond the workouts… it’s the sisterhood that sets this gym apart. I’ve never experienced anything like the daily inspiration I get from the women here.
