I'm not a athletic person like at all but I wanted a change and a workout program for women. Since I have joined 3 weeks ago I have nothing but amazing things to say about Delta! Everyone there is professional and caring. They will push you when needed and I love the fact that you wear a heart monitor and can track your progress on the app. It's also east to schedule your workout sessions! Highly recommend. I joined delta life a few months ago and I’m honored to be part of these awesome group of women. They all work so hard together and are extremely supportive of one a another! These workouts are phenomenal and I love how we jam out during them! It was important that I join a gym that offered child supervision because I have a little one. The kids corner is an amazing option and even cooler how you can still see the kiddos in the gym through a window while you workout! I have been looking for a place to workout that I felt comfortable in for a long time. Delta Life Fitness has motivating classes, small class sizes, and supportive instructors. I am over 60, and feel comfortable working out with others who are younger and more fit than me. The varied class times ft with my erratic schedule, as well. I really do love it.
Awesome gym! The workouts are 30 minutes so you are in & out! New workouts everyday so it stays challenging. The employees are welcoming and the coaches are motivating & keep an eye out to help you correct your moves during the workout. Love the camaraderie & motivation of working out next to women of all walks of life. Highly recommend DLF. So happy I took the chance and joined!
