I'm entering my 4th week a DLF and I could not be happier with my experience! The staff and coaches are friendly and helpful-- I'm always greeted by name when I walk in! The workouts are super challenging (I haven't worked out in a couple years!), but the coaches and other members are always super encouraging! The coaches walk around and give you guidance for the movements, as needed. This place is a scam. 28 day membership but they force you to cancel 30 days in advance so you have to pay for an additional month. They also have awful time slots if you have a job. Pretty sure they're some kind of cult.
