If I could leave 0 stars I would. This gym claims to be pro women but it couldn't be further from the truth. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months. Every time I try to come in, the doors are locked (either right before a class or right after a class). I have not been able to come in, in over 6 months due to medical reasons. The workouts are so good. These 30 min classes get the job done for busy moms. Everyone is kind and my kids (4YO and 1YO) do so well in the childcare.
Great community, They have a very flexible membership depending on your needs, I travel a lot and I love that part also all work outs are different every day, so you never get bored . There is no excuses, they offer childcare during the time you are exercising. The staff is amazing, I highly recommend delta life fitness.
Great energy, great music that keeps you going, I love the instructors. My first few times going, I was impressed and really liked how they made an effort to know everyone’s names! Group exercise is really the only way I actually enjoy working out, and the women that do come are so friendly, even when there’s no time to talk because of the workouts, I still like the friendly atmosphere.
