We paid a deposit last year. Not work completed yet. Nothing but excuses from being too cold to not much information. The property was surveyed years ago but he still can find any information to do one side of our property. We offer help with a person familiar with the property last year and he's not met with him as of 2/23/2024. I guess that the next step is BBB as another per has done. Ralph Johnson
DO NOT USE! Paid Richard/Doug Ross a deposit of $2000 in early Sept 2023 for a boundary line adjustment. Was assured many times that progress was being made but when the many times revised deadline was missed again, all communication ceased - no responses to texts, phone calls or emails. Filed complaints with BBB, Attorney General’s office and WA Dept of Registration for Land Surveyors and no response to date from them and nearly 3 weeks of no response from Richard Ross!
Wanted payment upfront and wouldn't sign county paperwork. Bad all around.
He performed survey as agreed upon, I had to contact the BBB to get the job done in just under 3mo. Poor customer service and very slow in my opinion.
