We have used Delta's services for years. They were normally dependable and provided a good service. However, over the last few months we have been trying to get our hood cleaned and they have been a NO SHOW. We have scheduled 3 different appointments and all 3 were a NO SHOW's without a courtesy call. We will never use Delta's services again.
