The Housing Authority in Delta, CO are the epitome of Slumlords, they should be ashamed of themselves fixing things with their boogers,eyelashes, and band aids. Have had problems with them for awhile now. I guess roofs that are leaking and collapsing are not considered an emergent repair. I guess front doors that will not lock are not considered an emergent repair. I guess water leaking from pipes is not an emergent repair.
