Credit where it's due, location was convenient, parking is not straight forward as they have a parking right across from front desk but it would appear that is for a neighboring medical facilities, the actual hotel parking at the basement and elevator is not amicable. Staff was friendly, shared facilities where for the most part clean. Bear in mind you have to pay for parking and breakfast.

Decent hotel with good amenities AC is ok. Excellent pricing location and good bar!
