Outstanding, nice place
I'm here for a conference and this is the conference hotel, so a great location for me. There are 3 restaurants, a bar, and a Starbucks, so no free coffee and no continental breakfast or even a paid breakfast buffet. I usually travel on the cheap, so take my advice with that grain of salt. The rooms are fine - clean, new, mattress is comfortable, hvac works. Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom! Fancy.
This hotel has the absolute worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. My reservation was made weeks in advance and I received a confirmation number. The morning I was to travel to this hotel for a scheduled event, I received a voice message stating the hotel was sold out. I returned the call and told the person I was talking to I had a reservation and confirmation number so my room was already accounted for before selling out.
