Great location and very clean site. Price was a little high.
I had an amazing stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Having a Starbucks inside the hotel was a huge plus, especially for early mornings. The on-site steakhouse was excellent, and the room service was fast and delicious. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or gym, but both looked clean, modern, and very well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Wichita Falls!
Bugs in the room. Then had the audacity to charge my personal card for a transaction when it was booked through a third party and then refused to send a receipt when I asked for one. I had to escalate before I was even sent a fraudulent receipt. Do not stay here! You can do better
It seemed like the front desk was hardly staffed, either a long wait or no one there at all
