Stayed for 6 nights here for business. Everyone was absolutely excellent from the time I checked in. Whomever the hostess was at the steakhouse was definitely a five star employee, wish I had gotten her name. If you are in Wichita Falls and need a place to stay and want 5 star service, this is the place to stay. Thank you Marriott for upholding such good service, excellent rooms and the service of privacy and security.
I’m a Repeat guest here. Service is always great. the convenience of Steak house & bar in hotel. My suite had Electric auto curtains,2 TV’s & access to Pantry(free coffee, sodas, snacks&) . Negative was had Roll in shower that leaked out bathroom door & into the kitchen, bedroom. Had to use towels to clean/mop it. Another Positive was 2 large windows I admired the Sunset through. Will definitely stay here again.
This is the quintessential modern road-tripper hotel experience. They’ve nailed the customer needs in an anticipatory and effective way. Kudos! Highly recommend.
