Stayed for two nights and booked a third, but because of a "communication error" with the billing, the hotel decided to ignore my Do Not Disturb sign. The weirdest part? I was in my room from 12 pm to 2 pm and nobody knocked or called. The second I stepped out for an hour, they went right in despite a do not disturb sigb. They didn’t even clean the room they just went in to snoop, very weird how they didn't attempt to contact me at checkout time 12pm. Listen the service is good, the hotel has been clean the 3 times i’ve stayed here. The issue is they are one of many hotels that host Hockey teams which is not an issue, but kids playing hockey in the hallway at 8:30am and having to call front desk twice to ask them to please find the kids parents, remove them from playing in the hallway. Other people are trying to sleep and we didn’t all sign on for the tournament. They need to have policies in place so when they’re hosting teams there are some kind of rules. We stayed at this hotel this weekend and the service and rooms were awful , our room smelled like poop when we first opened the door the manager came and sprayed a spray all weeekend it continued to smell disgusting, we needed more towels and the front desk said they were out and couldn’t do anything and was very rude to me on customer service line did not care at all I would avoid this place at all cost it’s awful
