Fantastic Stay! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly, and we absolutely loved the pantry. We happened to run into the general manager, Carl, in the parking lot, and he took the time to ask how our stay was going. That personal touch really stood out — he didn’t have to stop and ask, but he did, and it made a wonderful impression. If I could give this hotel six stars, I would. Highly recommended!
Tengan cuidado con este hotel cuando hagan reservation por un tercer party Gustazos hice un error en la fecha de check inn y llame al hotel para que cambiar por la fecha correcta y no lo quisieron cambiar y procedieron a cobrar sin hospedarme en hotel el nombre del manager Todd. Que deficiente el service customer como Roban el dinero .
The rooms are fine, the staff is nice, the location is convenient... However... The hallways smell strongly of weed and mildew. Also, the deadbolt in our room didn't work so our toddler got out of the room twice.
This was horrible experience. We checked in tired from a day at the park and from the moment we checked in they were trying to sell us a package for a future stay and offering a refund this was our first time Staying there and never will again. We got to room and bathroom was dirty hair all around the toilet it was nasty. I got extreme allergies I’m sure due to the room not properly clean.
