Bathrooms shower needs improvement, they charge $25 per parking per day that’s ridiculous and you find out at check in. Try to stay away from this place….
Great hotel. Very friendly staff. The Starbucks not so good. Im not sure what this drink is that they made me but it is not what it was supposed to be and the guy taking.my order had headphones in so i'm not sure if he even heard me correctly. The rooms are very clean. The pool area is very nice. I will stay here again for sure.
I have been staying at this resort yearly, since 2016, and just returned from another visit. Throughout the years, all staff from front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, bar tenders, to wait staff have been consistently warm, welcoming, and friendly. The service experience staff provides are top notch and I’m impressed with the great interactions between all staff on a consistent basis throughout each stay through the years. Lobby nice. Check-in great and easy. Had a horrible experience though because we checked in at 10:20pm and told the guy checking us in that we needed two cribs sent to our rooms asap since we have two littles under three and it was late already. We got to our rooms and waited 20 minutes and no cribs delivered so I called the front desk and they said they can’t deliver two cribs to one room due to safety reasons and could only deliver one. Rooms are good, without drinking water bottles and without glass cups and very adamant staff. Staff don't care at all about you and your well being. A bad experience at a good hotel.
