For my needs, the location is very convenient The rooms are okay albeit a little rundown and the restaurant is closed on Sunday, which is inconvenient.
Very convenient location. Nice rooms. Room is refreshed by staff daily.
I’ve been here multiple times and have stayed in various other hotels in Greater Milwaukee due to my company’s corporate office being in Menomonee Falls and this is the BEST hotel I’ve stayed at hands down. Solely due to the staff! The folks working the night shift on 8/16/25 are Top tier! From the front desk concierge, to the bartender at the restaurant, nobody does it better. Also, Ashley, who REMEMBERED me when I checked in (I remember she works the 2nd shift), and everyone I’ve encountered, have been great to the guests!... read more
