Checked in on Friday around 4 pm . Staffs name was Dillon very kind and accommodating went above and beyond for our experience when he didnt have to. I really appreciate the 2p.m c/o and just how sincere he was . My family and i always stay at Delta while here and would like to THANK Dillon for his amazing hospitality and Marriott should value him as a very special asset to their brand
We stayed at the Delta Hotel in Kalamazoo. Compared to the last time I stayed here about five years ago, the hotel appears to have declined significantly. The hotel also experienced water issues during the night. This morning, when we went outside, we discovered that there had been vandalism in the parking lot. Several classic cars were broken into, with multiple windows smashed and vehicles ransacked. We Stayed there for a soccer tournament. The place was packed. The Service they gave us was great. Only bad thing was the pool and hot tub was only open till 9. But I would defiantly stay again.

Hotel was nice until I woke up to ants crawling near my face or some type of bug then went to use pool things were floating in the pool hot tub was not hot and had hairballs in it strawberries half eaten on the side of pool really trashy and gross and they over charged me at checkout wouldn’t recommend need better care for facility this was at 8am when pics were took all the mess was from the the previous night need better house cleaning!!!
