Had a wonderful 1 week stay at this hotel for my eye procedure. Room and bathroom were spotless, the restaraunt was excellent, a world class gym and relaxing pool! Perfect!
Love this hotellll and I love the front desk agent Tiffany even more she was very helpful thru check in she explained everything about the hotel and even gave us information on the shuttle she takes pride in her job and made me feel at home I will now make this my main hotel to visit in Jacksonville great job Tiffany
So many issues staying here: There is a sports team staying here and the charter bus completely blocked the whole front entrance while everyone just stood around with no consideration to other guests staying here. The girl at the front desk seemed to not care that other guests had no access to the front driveway. There are no microwaves in the rooms. You have to go to the market to heat up anything.
