Delta Hotels is an excellent choice for accommodations. I appreciate the availability of a full bar and restaurant, as well as Starbucks. The restaurant staff are exceptional and very helpful. I am impressed by the quality of the food and beverages. I will definitely be returning.
Check-in was smooth and uneventful, but that’s where the positives ended. The ice maker didn’t work, which was inconvenient. I also asked for a late checkout, but the request was denied rather rudely. To make matters worse, there were belligerent, drunk men who blocked elevator access, and staff did nothing to address the situation. As a result, my son and I were forced to take the five flights of stairs. Delta Hotels Fargo is a solid choice, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The pool area is a blast—waterslide, kid-friendly pool, and plenty of space to splash around. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though they’re starting to feel a little dated. The on-site restaurant is just okay, but with everything else the hotel offers, it’s not a big deal. Overall, a great stay with fun amenities!
