After a concerning observation within one of the rooms I brought to front desks attention and the gentlemen completely disregarded my concern. No apology just put me in a new room. I was uneasy about it all night and brought it up to FD again in the AM and Gemma made sure to rectify the situation right away, acknowledge my concerns and ensure I was feeling great- thanks you Gemma I really appreciate your attention and efforts!
Hotel staff was great!! Aurora lounge was great with their happy hour and food. Rooms a little dated with a small washroom but clean and had all the necessities. Upon arrival Rav checked us in before I mentioned she had already upgraded the room and when asked for a late checkout she did so without hesitation!! When checking out called me by my surname and was very professional and polite!! Definitely will be returning next time I’m/we are in Edmonton!!
very bad service by front staff for delivery driver i waited for 4-5 min just to ask about the guest for whom i was delivering food as i was not able to contact through my app front desk guy just responded i am very busy i cannot help it was not that much busy i waited also for my turn
