The staff here are excellent! We had a great room with good air conditioning. Only issue was we had missing towels when we arrived, and had to call for turndown service (included in price but not automatic). But whenever we needed help from the staff they were great, quick and professional. The lobby is nice and modern. The rooms are a little dated but they were very comfortable and not a problem. The showers could have been better too. But considering the price and the staff, size of room etc its an easy 5 stars!
Expensive for what you get, A/C is meh and there was no microwave in our room at least. Beds were comfortable though. No problem with the service
