Rooms were nice and location is great. As others have mentioned, there are many homeless that crowd around the lobby, which isn't the hotels fault, but little seems to be done to manage this. The real issue is prostitution. While checking out, the clerk at the front desk allowed two prostitutes to enter and they openly told him they "are waiting for a client to take us up."
