Zero star room for the price of a five star. Stayed here for one night and cancelled the rest of our stay in this hotel. The washroom door (most likely broken) didn't open more than two feet. Closet door must be closed in order to access the washroom. Extremely poor room layout, broken doors and a very loud AC unit. I wouldn't be surprised if it fails a building inspection.
When I travel to Kelowna I always try to book Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort. The customer service is top notch in my experience. Regarding my last business stay, I would like to especially recognize Jialai for her effort and excellent customer service to locate the most suitable room for my stay. Thank you Jialai!
I recently travelled to this hotel over the weekend for a birthday trip for my spouse. The location is excellent, and after staying at The Royal Kelowna, we thought we would try this property. We booked a King room with a lake view. The positives: friendly and hard working staff, comfortable beds, good view (lake view room), very clean room and property, pool and hot tub are decent. Overpriced hotel for pretty basic rooms. I don’t know why they feel the need to play music outside on the patio from 7:30am - midnight???? Nobody is even out there!!!! It is so loud that I can hear it through ear plugs. Will never stay here again. Cost isn’t worth it, nothing special about the hotel and food is average at best.
