We stayed at the hotel for one night and everything was great. But after we left the hotel, I discovered that I had lost my documents. We had to return to the hotel to find them, and I want to say that the staff who helped us with this issue were absolutely amazing!!! Each of them went above and beyond what was required, and I am incredibly grateful for their genuine concern. Resort is fine. But AVOID renting any boats / kayaks / seadoos from the rental business on-site (Lakefront Sports). The Delta should be ashamed promoting their business on-site. Read through the MANY negative reviews on their page (Lakefront Sports).
