After 10 years our roof was cleaned by Delta ….. We just have to say the whole experience was EXCELLENT! From the moment they arrived we were informed step by step of the process and then shown before and after pics of the work. The roof looks brand-new. The price was extremely reasonable given some other quotes we received. It also included gutter cleaning. Even the mess around the parameter of the house was cleaned. Delta…worked very hard and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Workers arrived right on time and cleaned the house exterior/gutters really well, didn't have to remind them to clean anything. Super efficient experience definitely will use them again!
I am removing the 1-star review that was based on the bad experience over the past few months, which was mainly due to miscommunication and the way the previous owner handled the situation. Ashad, the other owner, contacted me immediately after seeing my review, and the team came to fix the issue the very next day. This time, it was truly a pleasant experience — professional, responsive, and efficient. I give 5 stars for the final service I received.
Update: after my last review complaining of sequential rescheduling issues and lack of communication , I’m happy to report that the company reached out to me and took full accountability and got the job done. As I was expecting from the reviews from others, they did an excellent job, showed me before and after pictures, and I’m very satisfied with the courteous service. It’s clear to me that they care about client satisfaction and I will definitely reach out to them for future jobs. Thank you Ashad for making it right!
I wish I could comment on their work but I received a quote on dec 16 for the gutters, for work to be done on Friday, which turned to Saturday then another Tuesday and so on. It’s Jan 4 and I’ve been rescheduled several times, and nobody shows up and I get no explanation, then I get a voice mail with another date and same thing happens. At one point someone came, told me to move my car, parked his van, had his lunch, then told me the house was big and needed a second person.
