The worst possible service. Stay away from this company. Due to lack of commitment with their customer, I have wasted 24 hours of my life and the reason was, crew shortage in the DTW airport. I had a direct flight to my destination (LHR) and the rebooking was only possible with a layover in another US airport. Thanks to them, I did no see my family for another 24 hours, not to mention the fact I had less time to rest before I went back to work. I regretted doing business with them.
Staff had terrible attitude. Do a different job if you don't know how to bring ease to the process. Annoying, unfortunately.
5 stars for Delta! Our flight situation was honestly a complete mess, but the Delta team was amazing and really helped us when we needed it most. Our original flight from Calgary to Miami was changed from a direct flight to YYC → Detroit → Atlanta → Miami. We were given boarding passes by WestJet, but when we got to Detroit, Delta told us we weren’t properly showing in their system for the Detroit → Atlanta flight. Never had more issues in my life than with these guys. No one communicates with anyone within their departments.
They were pathetic and compressed up our reservation and then left. Zero stars
