I had a referral and waited for months for a call. I had to return to my PCP get them to contact me. When I arrived at 4pm as the texts instructed, I was immediately rescheduled two months out. The rude receptionist said "You should have been here at 3:30 like I told you." (Neither text made any mention of a 3:30 early entry. Both clearly said 4pm only.) If my insurance were accepted anywhere else, I would not return. Such delays, limited availability, lack of professionalism and poor communication are simply unacceptable.

Had been bringing my father-in-law there and with minor surgery he was able to have his catheter permanently removed. At this point our visits to the clinic were no longer required. A special nod to "my California sister,' Sharon, for making the trips enjoyable. I am going to miss her singing!
Very friendly. They have a plan for me to get out of the catheter. The plan worked . So after over 6 months in a catheter I am whole again . Thank you
