I called in today and spoke with Beatrice, reference #936040. Beatrice was absolutely amazing. I called because I am having an issue with the hospital not billing correctly and telling me I need to speak to my insurance. Beatrice did a three way call with me and the billing department. This company is a complete fraud. My spouse's employment changed to Delta Health Systems as their 3rd Party Administrators last year. Since the transition, we have been dealing with an absolute claims nightmare for dates of service in September. No one at this company takes any ownership in finding a resolution for this issue with Anthem. In the meantime, UCLA is on the verge of sending us to collections. Spoke to Beatriz from DHS today, and she was amazing!!! She answered all my questions and was so patient with me. I had an issue with my Coordination of Benefits that caused a lot of bills to not be processed through insurance, and she helped me with each of them and kindly explained everythingto me.
