Spoke to Beatriz from DHS today, and she was amazing!!! She answered all my questions and was so patient with me. I had an issue with my Coordination of Benefits that caused a lot of bills to not be processed through insurance, and she helped me with each of them and kindly explained everythingto me. Just got off a very helpful and informative phone call with Beatrice (922948). I had previously made a call to Delta Health Systems asking for information about the doctors covered on my plan. The previous representative was so apathetic and borderline hostile towards me. I called back and got lucky to have Beatrice pick up the phone.
