I spoke with Kathy B (REF#511511) today about 4 claims that were not paid and a previous rep could not locate them or the patient. Kathy went above and beyond what the other rep had done. She located all 4 claims, sent 2 of the claims for escalation and the other 2 for processing. I wish all of the insurance companies had such an employee for what so helpful and professional.

Brandi Mongelli is simply the best. She helped clear up a 2 year billing from a Lab. She went above and beyond with excellent customer service. So happy to be dealing with Delta Health Systems.

Every time I call Delta Health Systems, I appreciate how helpful and well trained your employees are. Last week I called AGAIN about claims I sent to Delta, one in Dec 2019. This time I spoke to Christy G she was THE MOST HELPFUL EMPLOYEE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. Another Very helpful employee is Lynnette B. I know Lynnette B has two N not sure if there are two T's in the spelling of her name.

CSR Simon M. was amazing! Although it's frustrating to be on-hold for 40 minutes, Simon was the CSR that answered and was so clear and patient with my roundabout questions. What a relief for me and my team to understand how to correctly submit our claims, how Anthem is connected, and how the "flow" should work. My hero today! - Eliza at Anderson/Acorn Group
