I gad shoulder surgery in late November. I started seeing Sam 3 weeks later. It has been a long recovery, but I'm telling you Sam made it a pleasure to come in and get the help I needed. Not only did he help me regain my mobility, my strength, my rotation, basically my arm back. He also taught me how to be more proactive, how to do the day to day things more safely hopefully keeping me away from more surgeries down the road.
