I was ordered for CMC AROM five days following surgery. I arrived hoping for a splint (which was to be part of my life for 10 weeks) that would be, at least, tolerable. Prior to this surgery, I have had a Reverse Total Replacement and two knee replacements. One week out from all three, I felt less restricted and less annoying pain, than I did with this surgery. I have had therapies for my knee, two hips and my back in the past 10 years.Kristen is the most precise and intuitive therapist I have ever had. I had a fractured femur from a fall and also terrible pain in my knee. X-rays did not show any problem with my knee. Kristen realized it was my hip, which was out of line which was stressing my knee.
