Dr Angles is a kind Dr but the lack of communication among staff and organizations is nonexistent. Apparently urgent means toss aside to them. Beyond pissed at the staff at this point
I would give negative stars if I could. I was seen in your Urgent Care in November at which point the Nurse used AI to dictate the appointment without informing me. I paid ip front and was then sent a bill for more after. The nurse tapped on my sinuses and listened to me breathe and recommended Xrays. Upon having the Xrays no one ever called me with the results and when called I was told someone would call me back. That never happened. This office is not one I would recommend. If you are self paying DO NOT pay online. Have a paper that is itemized. They changed my bill 3 times. I payed before I had the appointment and that they originally said took care of the bill leaving me a balance. Then they said it didn't cover and applied my balance to the new balance. They didn't refund me my money. They mailed me a bill saying I still owed a couple hundred after my account was squared. After a month of calling they got back and said I owe a little under a hundred.... read more
