After meeting with the director of Delta health all problems have problems resolved. I think the staff understands now that i will report elder abuse to the the admistrator
The office manager says she has the authority to put a elderly person in a nursing home if they do not get the referrals from her office. And she decides if you see a specialist cannot refer you to another without her permission..I suppose they think Delta county can do neuro surgery too and other special operations. That's illegal.
