Update 5th March 2026! I kid you not it is taking this long! Today we were advised they will repair by replacing the damaged ones in the rooms affected still no under warranty. But they changed the co payment from 800 to 1000! In December last year (I didn't bother updating this cause it still isn't fixed) the owner said 800! Today we are told by the sales person it is 1000! For flooring that is supposed to be commercial grade and under warranty! I had a really stressing time putting flooring in when it was discovered my bathroom was slow leaking into my kitchen floor. Delta was amazing, when they discovered the leak and as it needed to be repaired twice the floor layers came out repeatedly and gave advice on drying and would not lay until perfect conditions. The Floorworld Ballarat team from showroom to installation are the experts. No fuss, great advice and installation was efficient and professional. Massive thanks to Ben helping us select the right carpet for a dog friendly family. The installation by Ben and Jake was hassle free and a top quality finish. We were behind in our preparation on a couple of rooms but they were very flexible with getting the project complete on time.
Josh from Delta Floorworld has just finished a vinyl install at our place of business, Josh was professional, efficient and did an excellent job despite the few obstacles he had to overcome with the job. If you are going to use Delta for any of your flooring needs you'd be lucky to get josh on site!
Update 4th November: 4pm We have now been contracted although not as much as said in the reply, ONE missed call on Friday on my partners phone that until this afternoon I was not aware of. At least this update motivated a time set to inspect the floors. I stand by the explained below we certainly have not had the experience that promotes trust in their company.
