I think this is the place across from century blvd that often smells like poop odor. I can’t figure what that has to do with making electricity? Google says that odor often means that crude oil is being burned. I don’t not know what they do exactly but multiple times each week that whole part of Antioch/ Pittsburg smells like a giant porta-potty.
