I guess even $24 000 doesn’t buy good customer service. Delta NAE were great to deal with in the quoting and initial stages for my modest residential solar and battery setup. Anthony is an excellent salesman. Unfortunately, the level of engagement and customer service I received from Delta plummeted once I paid my final invoice.
