I approached DeltaNAE in May 2026 to seek a quote for installation of solar panels and a battery. A representative from the company arranged to come to my home within 24 hours to talk me through what would be involved. He was very clear and professional. I guess even $24 000 doesn’t buy good customer service. Delta NAE were great to deal with in the quoting and initial stages for my modest residential solar and battery setup. Anthony is an excellent salesman. Unfortunately, the level of engagement and customer service I received from Delta plummeted once I paid my final invoice. Shortly after paying, it became apparent the battery was not working properly and has subsequently been identified as having ‘a fault’.
