Delta installed a fan in home 3 years ago, at the time we couldn't turn an exhaust fan on. When we called and spoke with the owner he said “its a near silent fan, and is only turned on when it senses humidity” he refused to come and verify it was working saying theres no reason to believe otherwise. We just sold our home, the inspection called out the fan not working.
