Delta Design & Construction renovated our kitchen many years ago with excellence in design and construction so when we recently needed assistance with a basement makeover, it was an easy call to Delta Design and Construction! Our project is coming to an end now and the same excellence, professionalism and communication was in place again. Tom is amazing as the General Contractor and the crews were spot on all the time. Highly recommend the team now and always!
Poor quality work by subcontractors. Gaslighting about the poor quality work after the fact. Final bill was 20% over quoted amount and was never notified that there was going to be cost overruns. Clearly coasting on reputation and taking care of high-dollar customers at the expense of those of us trying to make modest improvements to our homes.
Tom and the team at Delta Design have been a great trade partner. Easy to work with, quality work, & very timely.
Tom and his crew did a great job of finishing our basement. We appreciated their flexibility and drive to finish the project well, and we are loving our new space!
