I have a top and bottom set and lost my bottoms in LA on a flight to Vancouver , from New Zealand .. A friend suggested Carol is worth a visit . I rang , made an appointment and on my first visit , after examination , was told that a bottom plate could be made , but would take a couple of weeks . At the end of a few weeks and about 7 visits , I not only received a very comfortable new bottom plate , but she realigned my top plate and placed my name on my upper .
