We upgraded our insurance to Premier, hoping it would resolve some of the billing issues. Unsurprisingly, it did not. We called to see what the coverage was to have a tooth pulled and we were told it would be covered at 100%. But when we got the bill, they denied the exam and x-ray performed before the extraction. Why? Because they only cover 2 exams a year, and they only cover x-rays once every two years. That's fine for standard dental visits and care, but this was a dental emergency. If you need information or have questions the staff is terrible! Heaven forbid you have a question about someone other than yourself! You're sure not going to get that. They take the privacy of your TEETH to a whole new level! Utterly ridiculous!
Been fighting to get my husband's bill covered after paying out of pocket science 6/06/2024 still not rembersed
