Just started dwith claims but have been paying for one year. Crown cost $905 they paid $82.40. At this rate premiums are a waste of my money. This is a fraud!
NOVEMBER 11, 2024 DENTAL XRAYS Had to change dentists due to the prior dentist not accepting Delta Dental any longer.....Requested records from prior dentist on August 9, 2024. Went to appointment on 11.11.2024 at the new provider....the old provider would not / did not send the X-ray Records. Am now being charged for the X-rays as these were needed for continuation of care.
