They could answer their clients letters with the questions that were asked, instead of just blowing it off. Explain the restrictions on the enhanced plan that I am paying for but I can't use the benefits of that plan, due to the restrictions, which I don't understand. And why are dental xrays only allowed once every FIVE yeras? Stupid! I mailed them a letter over a month ago and have not heard anything back from them. Such great customer service!

Terrible customer service. They do not provide enough benefit information and you end up with hundreds of dollars of dental bills that were supposed to be covered. Have called several times and all representatives have been rude and short with me. This is the only company available with my employer but would never choose them willingly.
