I work at a dental office and needed a complete breakdown of benefits for a patient and I was not able to get the help I needed.
Review from over 2 years ago: Billing tried to pressure me into signing up for an automatic draft and making a payment before it was due. As of today, my invoice isn’t correct. I have tried to address this issue for 12 months. Do yourself a favour don’t become a customer. The reps are rude and do nothing to assist customers. Wait times are endless. They apply payments once it is bought to their attention. Unprofessional.Claims paid.
Mailed in our claim for reimbursement over 10 weeks ago and NOTHING. Have called twice and each time representative says they haven't received it yet, complains about the amount of claim forms they receive and it takes a "llloooonnngggg" time to get reimbursed. I do not understand how there is not a way to electronically submit these forms. So inefficient and frustrating
Look at what they pay if you choose to go to a non participating dental provider. MUST look at their fine print even after you log into your portal. The percentages listed are inaccurate. Would never recommend this Dental provider. They paid 25% for a crown with my premium plan that I pay over $50 month for.
Apparently, my policy was canceled, and nobody informed me. Delta Dental confirmed no notification was sent. This was not due to nonpayment. I found out when I went in for my root canal through the dental office. I have spent a total of 6+ hours being transferred from one department to another inside Delta dental North Carolina, Tennessee and sales and I get so much misinformation.
