TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!! After approving the dentist's submitted treatment plan for a 4 quadrant deep cleaning, they reneged on paying, making the claim after the fact that the procedure had to be done on 2 separate days--something they didn't mention to the dentist or me. Delta Dental MA refused to pay after approving the treatment plan. They refused to escalate this or allow me to file an appeal. This company will get out of paying a claim anyway they can. DO NOT BUY A POLICY FROM THEM! It's throwing money away!
