It was easy to enroll a fellow veteran right online and get his dental insurance card printed off.
Just want consumers to be aware of a sleezy new plan caveat that Delta Dental of AR services for Baptist Health. They cover all xrays at 100% except for periapical xrays. This exclusion is not apparent when viewing a routine benefits breakdown form, and would have to be specifically researched. They did this because they know the average dental office would expect 100% of all xrays to be covered based on the cherry-picked info they include on the form. The online system does not allow me to login, it sends me a confirmation code, but the confirmation code does not work. I get caught in an AI loop. The system is not user friendly and will not allow me to speak with a representative.
