I can’t even get through to speak with someone after multiple calls
BAD service!! They canceled my spouse before end of yr, premiums paid and blamed my work HR. Even the broker for my employer can't get a reasonable explanation or solution; we have been working on this for a month now! Great deal for Delta Dental... a yr of premiums with no claims AND cut year short, AND refuse to be CUSTOMER facing.
Claims are always paid promptly. Any issues I've had were quickly and completely resolved (I can't even remember the last time I had an issue). All representatives I've spoken with have assisted me professionally and with a pleasant attitude.
Never have to worry about my coverage.
I have called customer service a few times needing assistance for a billing error and recieved the utmost assistance. The customer service rep went so far as to call the dentist office to assist in filling out the form correctly so the bill can go through the correct channels for payment.
