As many of you may not know, Delta Dental of Wyoming is not really accepted by many, if not all, the dentists in this particular area of the state, NE corner. I paid $100/mo for my family, had one preventive trip for myself and approximately $82 was covered and I stood the rest of the nearly $600 bill. I would do your own research before purchasing a policy. Spoke with a representative today, she was more than willing to answer any questions I had while transitioning to a new job! 5 stars for customer service.

With the insurance plan I had, the free cleanings came off of my spending amount. After cleanings, there's nothing left to get anything else done. Total bullshit.

I was expecting some sort of notification that my police would end when I left my employer. Instead it lapsed with no notice. Now I must start my waiting period over again even if I choose to continue coverage. I expected a notification that would allow me the choice to continue coverage without it lapsing. Growing concerned I reached out to them and was told it was one day late and there was nothing I could do but start over…. Terrible service and no compassion.
