Worst customer service ever. My employer uses this company and trying to get a hold of a customer service rep is like pulling teeth.
The customer service is garbage, and when I say garbage, I mean garbage as inexistent. They give you an 800 number that ask you many automatic questions to corroborate your identity but it is almost impossible to reach a human being. Usually any robo/automatic service after various failed tries, automatically connects you with the "next available agent". Not Delta Dental they kick you out and you have to start again. When finally reached a human being, asked for a card replacement and I have not receive it. I have missed my ... read more
