No representative option is available when I call the number on the back of my card. Only the automatic machine which does not cover most of the options nor have responses for some of the questions. Disappointed

Funny that two Mechanicsburg, PA. but not the Los Angeles, CA address shows as my complaint is about addresses to send account payments. ***************** Have also filed complaint with BBB. ***************** Member of AARP and all insurance branches including dental since 2006. Here we go so I mailed in a claim which aa of today they claim they haven't received it. So tomorrow 3/6/24 , I will resend it again with a tracking number. You can't tell me they anit getting it. Oh but they will this time. This is ridiculous and poor dental insurance. They tell you one price and change it 3 times even after I paid out 1200.00 and now they say it's 1500.00 .
