Would leave 0 stars if I could. Delta Dental is the saddest excuse of insurance to ever exist. DO NOT SIGN UP OR TRUST THEM. They are scammers. I had a procedure done back in August and it is now nearly December - they still have not correctly processed my claim nor have they compensated the $3k they owe me. I am absolutely furious and done with the BS excuses customer service gives. Irene randolph was very rude to me, impatient and her customer service skills were terrible. 4 stars for the lady that helped me today. I wish I took her name.
If I can give 0, I would. Delta PA really bad and terrible dental care company I ever had.
The WORST company - They haven't processed one claim correctly yet and continue to say they aren't in receipt of the paperwork that was sent or the paperwork was incomplete until about the 3rd or 4th call to them they miraculously find the paperwork but still mess it up. Beware and make sure to follow up on everything!
