They are scammers and should be shut down. Impossible to cancel account even after getting in touch with customer service. We emailed them two months ago asking to cancel our account and they asked us to go through MD health connect or marketplace; we never registered for services through them in the first place. I don’t understand how they are allowed to exist and operate. Stay away from them!

Would cancel it twice if I could. Hard to find providers who still use this insurance and when you do no communication. They fail to pay claims that even they said were legitimate. We were told they don't know why it wasn’t paid. Insurance scam
Horrible experience. I was a Delta Dental customer for decades and added my wife to my plan. When I did and subsequently encountered major dental work, they denied my claim saying I had to wait a year to be covered. Appealed and same result. I've reported them to the PA Insurance Commission.
