We appreciate that Delta Dental has made improvements to the provider portal that help make our jobs go smoother. We almost never have issues with unpaid claims and when reaching out to customer service we receive a quick response to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Woo-hoo! Hallelujah! I'm so glad that Delta Dental is coming back as the dental plan for the City of ABQ. My dentist refused to accept BCBS, he said they were awful to work with. They had low reimbursement fees and were an administrative nightmare to deal with, so I always had to pay the full amount out of pocket for me and my kids because he was considered out of network. But my dentist is definitely in network with Delta, his office says they love Delta Dental. This is such wonderful news and will make such a huge differen... read more
