Very unfriendly and difficult to get anything done
Did not take long to reach customer service. Person was friendly and knowledgeable.
The new website format to get EOBs takes a very long time. NOT user friendly
Our new dentist was very discouraged when he found out that our insurance was with Delta of California. They told us that they are the worst insurance you can get and that they don’t want to cover anything. I’m so upset after reading all of the other reviews. We cannot afford to pay out of pocket and this is the insurance our company offers.
the website is very frustrating as a dental provider. The must have some IT issues but its always down and not very inconvenient. For all the pt that come through you think the would have faster service available. Then when you have to call its mostly more then a half hour wait time.
