Worst insurance ever would not recommend if I could give it a half a star I would. Ure just paying for dental insurance and paying out of pocket for dental work. Totally not worth all the money!

DO NOT CHOSE THIS AS A DENTAL INSURANCE! I broke a tooth while in Wyoming, I couldn't find an 'in network' dental service on their website, I submitted the claim and was told it was an 'exception' when I filed a complaint, I am looking at $6000 for an implant, because I am part of a group policy my personnel dept won't allow me to end payments until 6 months from now and I refuse to fight with them anymore.

Be sure you understand ALL exceptions and rules. Example - they only cover full mouth x-ray once every 5 years. Like there isn't a need for xray once a year? They also only cover 50% of all necessary dental expenses to maximum benefit of $1000 a year which also includes amount paid for exam and prevention services. Claims are processed at lowest possible benefit so policy holder pays more out of pocket. Certain fillings are excluded as cosmetic, etc etc.
