Criminal company. They denied a basic wisdom tooth removal claim & I can’t get in touch with them. Currently out of pocket $4,000 and all I can do is fill out a “contact us” form on their site. You get an automated reply that you’ll hear from them in “3-5 business days” (which is already egregious) and then NO ONE EVER CONTACTS YOU. What a scam, immoral “business”
All I want to know is what is my deductible, no information on website and this phone number doesn’t work. Purposefully it seems, no plan or policy document available on the website

Horrible insurance company. Your telling me only 3 root canal specialists exist out of 5 boroughs they all happen to be in downtown manhattan. I hate this company....
Profits over people. Horrendously disappointing insurance corporation. Pray for good dental genetics because they’ll do everything to make sure they cover the least amount possible.
