Your monthly premium is like throwing money away. They use very specific numerical codes to avoid paying for procedures supposedly covered by your policy, but oh, not really! My root canal was not the right kind of root canal and my extraction was not the right kind of extraction. $4,000 later- $0 reimbursement. Infuriating.
No one told me I would have no coverage for NINE months while paying the monthly bills in full. Since then, I have two broken teeth, an $18,000 estimate by the dentist's office, and Delta does not care at all. They got their billionaire tax cut, cut staff, and cut member benefits. They even denied my claim for a cleaning!

Artificial Intelligence "service rep" initially on phone: "Bailey." Fine. But the AI was not great, not quick, obvious robot. Then the robot, and a subsequent human I spoke to, insisted that "Bailey"was not a robot! The denial was really creepy. It makes the company seem untrustworthy. Yikes. Once I finally was speaking to a human, I got the information i needed. The insurance is fine, not great.
