According to the benefit contract, my inlays were supposed to be covered at 60%, but Delta downcoded it to a composite filing, paid 100$, instead of 600$. Delta Grievance Dept had the audacity to send me a letter saying that they have done nothing wrong and my inlays were not even necessary. Looks like it’s a regular occurrence with dental insurances. BREACH OF CONTRACT I paid Delta Dental for insurance coverage for January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2019. I paid the statement balance, in full, with my American Express account and Delta Dental acknowledged receiving this payment. Though, a few months later Delta Dental sent me an invoice soliciting more money and ultimately cancelled my policy. This is a breach of contract. Very terrible customer service!!! Operator was extremely rude & unhelpful ! Would not allow me to speak or ask her anything. Refused to give me her name & disconnected the call! I have been a customer service manager for over 5 years and she is not someone who will be hired under my watch ! I hope the call is reviewed & handled since I have no name to reference. The call was around 12:40 pm est today, April 3rd SHE’S HORRIBLE!
